[vlc-devel] Release of 0.8.2 deadline

The current plan is to release 0.8.2 this weekend. That means that 
friday all translations should be updated and all bugfixes committed.
A test3 release will be made tomorrow to get some final testing. There 
were quite some changes since test2 and a test3 is easy to produce.
