[vlc-devel] Just a question relative to PCR for an audio stream

Hi vlc devl,

I've played an audio MP3 file and I want to create an MPEG TS file.
The file is correctly generated, I have the PAT, the PMT and the Audio PID.

When I stream it on a network, some receiver correctly play it but some 
don't.

In the TS file there isn't no PCR. Is it normal ?

Can you explain me ?
