Hello,

we are using Gettext to localize VLC.

Please download this so-called po-file here: 
<http://xserve.via.ecp.fr/~videolan/temp/ml.po> You can either edit it 
with a regular text-editor but I strongly recommend to use a specific 
editor, such as poEdit (have a look at 
<http://poedit.sourceforge.net/>).

Please send us your translated file either the vlc-devel-list or upload 
it somewhere and give us the link. Don't hesitate to ask the 
vlc-devel-list or in our IRC-channel (#videolan, freenode-network) if 
you have any questions.
