Simplify the OSD menu internal menu handling. It uses an API based interface now instead of the hotkeys based interface. Only the rc command "menu select" sends a hotkey to the hotkey interface. 
Also updated the rc interface to use the new OSD menu API.

The benefits of this change are:
- OSD menu displaying/processing is faster
- OSD menu stability should be increased
