[vlc-devel] [PATCH]Marquee fix

This patch was supplied to me by one of the team, Dave Harley. It fixes 
an issue where call_backs registered in the create were not being 
de-registered when the  display was halted. 
Callback was left pointing to a filter struct that didn't exist.  Some 
times it was overwritten, sometimes not and it was accessed when a 
channel change occured, this caused a segfault.
