Hello,

This patch adds some missing x264 options, namely: me, merange, no-psnr,
no-b-adapt, b-bias.  The names and expected values are exactly the same
as for the x264 commandline encoder.  This is a diff against svn 13264.

Generally, I would like to update the x264 options to match exactly (as
far as possible) the x264 commandline encoder, including reordering them
to match, adding anything that's missing (a lot of stuff), and changing
the names when they are different (e.g. frameref -> ref), but keeping
the old names as well for backwards compatibility.  Any comments or
objections?
