[vlc-devel] [PATCH] fix configure tests for avahi and hal API changes

The attached patches makes the test for avahi and hal check for a maximum 
version of 0.6 and 0.5, so that the correspondent modules does not get 
enabled if the version is one with a new API that is not compatible with VLC 
code.

It's just  a workaround for vanilla compiling until the code is wrote to 
support newer versions of HAL and Avahi.
