[vlc-devel] [PATCH] sout crop and padd for 0.8.4

In reference to

I've ported my patch for advanced stream cropping, padding and automatic 
letterboxing from 0.8.2 to 0.8.4. The patch is available here:

I still hope that a variant of this can land after the planned 0.8.5 
filter rework.
