Hello King Norman,

it doesn't make sense at the moment to send you a po-file, because it  
would be outdated in a few days. When VLC 0.8.4-test2 is out, the  
file isn't going to change anymore and we would be glad if you  
translate it to Simplified Chinese.
I'll add you to my list and mail you, when the file is ready. Is this  
solution okay for you?
