This is perhaps different encoder - 1440x1080, when they broadcast 
1920x1080 it's broken:

Try HD-5 now (live):

main debug: picture in 1920x1088 (0,0,1920x1088), chroma I420, ar 16:9, sar 136:135
main debug: picture user 1920x1088 (0,0,1920x1088), chroma I420, ar 16:9, sar 136:135

With my patch:

main warning: Incorrect HDTV stream - reducing height to 1080
main debug: picture in 1920x1088 (0,0,1920x1080), chroma I420, ar 16:9, sar 1:1
main debug: picture user 1920x1088 (0,0,1920x1080), chroma I420, ar 16:9, sar 1:1
