[vlc-devel] shortcut keys that crash vlc (wx interface)

CTRL+L/CTRL+K/CTRL+J/CTRL+H will crash vlc...

e.g.
Open VLC...
No file playing, nothing in the playlist...
Press CTRL+L and it crashes...
Or press CTRL+K and it crashes...
Or press CTRL+J and it crashes...
Or press CTRL+H and it crashes...

I believe the crash occurs in control/hotkeys.c because it doesn't check if 
p_vout is null first...
Anyway, check the forum for more details about the crash and where in the 
code I think the fix is...
