[vlc-devel] Problems trying add a new module

I've the "old" vlc 0.8.2, and I trying add a new module of control. I 
add a new
directory, I create a new Modules.am, inside that directory, and I edit the
configure.ac adding this:

modules/control/intfcmdcsl/Makefile

and this:

dnl
dnl intfcmdcsl plugin
dnl
if test "${enableintfcmdcsl}" != "no"; then
     VLC_ADD_PLUGINS( [intfcmdcsl] )
fi

When I try compile, after run bootstrap and configure, this error occur 
(Erro 127):
