[vlc-devel] Problem while compiling VLC with QTE

Hi, I want to compile VLC with QTE, 
Version: 0.82
QTE: 3.3.4

I compiled QTE, and then configure VLC with option:
--enable-qte --with-qte=/root/qt-embedded-3.3.4

but there is error during configuration:
configure: error: echo "Cannot find QT Embedded development headers."

Can you help me?
