please download a po-file containing all translatable strings here:

You can find documentation how to work on a translation of VLC and how 
to test it in this package: 
<http://download.videolan.org/pub/testing/vlc-translations-0.8.4-test1.tar.gz>

To be able to include your translation in the next release of VLC, we 
need yours until Nov 13th.
