Looks like the ml ate my patch (twice!)... let's try again (is there a
limit to the message size?)
Diff to svn trunk. Changed to suit coding conventions. ts.c fixes only -
mem leak patches handled elsewhere in this thread.

Would it be possible for you to port the patch to the svn trunk ? I
have tried to apply it manually, but it failed almost averywhere.
Also, if you could try and respect our code conventions (see the
developers documentation), it would ease the integration.
