[vlc-devel] Video System

Hi.....I'm Johnny, I'm student from Peru..well I have read your web
page about VideoLan Client; and I liked it..........Well I'm trying to
make a video system with VLC, well Idon't know to program, but I'm
learning c and c++......well the my firts objetive is to make that in
vod (VLM) I can change the transcode setting on the
fly....................

can you tell me how or when I can begin?????????
