Yeah I meant encapsulation MPEG4 in an mpeg2-ts stream. Does it mean
converting mp4 file into mpeg2-ts?

Where did u get the wording "MPEG4 Encapsulation over MPEG2-TS" from?
In a VLC context, I am almost certain u mean/it means encapsulating
MPEG4 in
an mpeg-ts stream. I am no expert though :)
