More ;).
We usually include the translation only when they reach 30% or 40%.

Also, i just noticed that a hebrew translation exist on Rosetta  
http://launchpad.net/products/vlc/+series/trunk/+pots/vlc/

I don't know if it good or not but maybe you could see and export it and
integrate it in your translation.
