Hi Jean-Alexis,

that's a known issue with Xcode 2.2.1, which is hopefully fixed in the 
forthcoming Xcode 2.3 (to be released within the next couple of weeks; 
Apple promised it a month ago, though).

In the meantime, you can either downgrade to 2.1 or remove everything 
on the lines after EXTRA_CFLAGS and EXTRA_LDFLAGS in config.mak in 
extras/contrib. The "=" needs to stay there of course.
Note that the build you'll get when editing config.mak will only run 
on 10.4.x, while downgrading to Xcode 2.1 will enable you to create 
builds that will also run on 10.3.9.
