Please find on ftp.videolan.org/pub/testing/win32, a new contrib
package for mingw/gcc 3.4.(4|5).
 (contrib-20060428-win32-bin-gcc-3.4.5-only.tar.bz2)

Libxml2 rebuilt to force the LIBXML_STATIC flag.
