Christophe and I suspect that this changes is worsening the situation as 
it breaks the naming of binaries. But that's just another case of lazy 
suboptimal BROKEN workaround instead of a proper fix.

By the way, the Debian Sid official rules for building libogg only 
specify the host tuple when cross-compiling, so I've got to think you 
got it wrong.
