[vlc-devel] Export SDP file for H.264 streaming

I would like to stream H.264 transcoded data through RTP.  I am using
following command line options:

 

vlc -vvv  file:///c://sample_100kbit.mp4
--sout=#transcode{vcodec="h264",vb=1024,fps=20,scale=1}:rtp{dst=127.0.0.
1,port=9000,port-video=9092,sdp=file://C:/sample.sdp}

 

The error message says: 

stream_out_rtp error: cannot add this stream (unsupported codec:h264)

stream_out_transcode error: cannot add this stream

 

 

Whether the H.264 support for streaming is not available (without using
mux=ts)? 

Can any help on how to export SDP file and stream over RTP using H.264.
