[vlc-devel] Question about the function pf_vout_buffer_new( p_dec )

Hi everyone,

I am trying to write a new codec as a plugin. I have a question about how to 
use the function pf_vout_buffer_new( p_dec ). It gives error message when I 
try to call the function in my codec. Here is the error message:

[-1264541472] main decoder debug: no usable vout present, spawning one
floating point error

Could anyone please help me to solve the problem?
