[vlc-devel] where can i find decoder selection part?

Hi everyone!

I'm trying to add a new decoder. But I can't find decoder selection part.
I also referenced API document but it doesn't match with current version of
VLC player.

Is there anyone who know the decoder selection part?

I greatly appreciate any replies.
