[vlc-devel] Can't find include/input_ext-dec.h in vlc0.8.4a

Hi everyone,

I am trying to a decoder to the vlc. I read the VLC media player API 
Documentation  which says thatthe packet structures are defined in 
include/input_ext-dec.h. However, I can't find the header file from the 
source. Could anyone please help me to solve this problem???

Besides, what document should I read in order to add a decoder to vlc???
