Hello,

Please find on download.videolan.org/pub/testing/win32, a new contrib
package for mingw/gcc 3.4.(4|5).
 (contrib-20060730-win32-bin-gcc-3.4.5-only.tar.bz2)

Add QT4 to the contribs
Update a loads of libraries (see Changelog in the same dir)
