Hello Benjamin, first thanks by your aswer

I have been use the saa7134-oss module too,  I show you
I load saa7134-oss 
modprobe saa7134 card=3 tuner=39
modprobe saa7134-oss dsp_nr=1 mixer_nr=1

Then run vlc

vlc --vvv v4l:/dev/video1:norm=ntsc:frequency=181000:adev=/dev/dsp1:audio=0  --sout-display

But only obtein video :-(, this problem will sick me... i dont know what do...  
The only way to reproduce the tv card sound is run   v4lctl volume mute off..... but I dont have control over it, only hear  and I need stream it.... I'm try to do a small x264+AAC encoder/decoder to satellital transmission with web administration.

I appreciate all help possible.
