[vlc-devel] TR: [PATCH] ipv6 support in Vista/Longhorn

The attached patches improve the ipv6 support in Windows
XP/2003/Vista/Longhorn :

- current version of Winsock is 2.2 (don't know what changes)
- for Windows XP and Windows 2003 and Longhorn/Vista, the IPv6 routines are
present in the WinSock 2 library (ws2_32.dll). On Vista, wship6.dll is
present but seems to be broken.
