[vlc-devel] vlc package for suse

hi,

I am currently using suse 10.0 and have been using suse since v8.0. 

I am not an expert but am familiar at command line and administrator level. 

I have a radio stream running and wish to progress to video.

I have been maintaining html/game/radio servers for a couple of years now 
(just as a hobby) and, with your guidance, I would like to help build a 
package for suse 10.0.

If there is anything I can do to help, please feel free to get in touch.
