[vlc-devel] 0.8.5 Strings Review

Hi,

With 0.8.5 coming and 0.8.5 coming very soon, time has come to
review the user visible strings in VLC for englishness, correctness and
coherence within the whole program.

There is a page on the wiki explaining how the strings should be, what
the common errors are, ....
