I know that tis commit in not plain clean. But rtcp will hopefully be
built one day.
You refer to a commit some time ago, i haven't search trac or vlc-devel
but your fix doesn't work. One shouldn't have to do more than make
update-po. and when you do that the rtcp code get included.
