Ididn't have a look at the ubuntu packages specifically, but the ts
muxher is probably statically linked upon the vlc executable. You'll
probably have to rebuild libvlc and vlc. Otherwise, just copy the plugin
to /usr/lib/vlc (or /usr/local/lib/vlc)
