[vlc-devel] silent install

	Sorry, I'm not a developper, so I can't help, but I install many PCs and it really would be nice to have a silent full install with clear documentation on switches.

	Some forums say /S /f provide this support, but on videolan.org, I understood that the question wasn't fixed.
