[vlc-devel] TS mux generates stream which doesn't play smoothly on Amino 103 STBs

I overcome d that, with deleting  FixPES function in ts.c file. So the 
problem is in this function!

I am watching stream from DVB card on aminet 103 and 110 and video is 
smooth!
