[vlc-devel] [patch] xspf parsing with xml comments

hi!
as mentioned by Charles Iliya Krempeaux in the vlc ml (http://www.via.ecp.fr/via/ml/vlc/2006-05/msg00021.html),
xspf parsing needs another patch.
this patch allows xml comments directly before the root node.
