[vlc-devel] Multicast streaming over wifi

I'm experimenting multicast streaming over wifi and it doesn't work properly 
(too many packet lost).
Would it be possible to implement a solution for this in VLC ?
I found this:

Don't you think something like UI-FEC could help.
