* backport [17799] LDLFAGS -> LDFLAGS
* backport [17802] VLC now requires libmatroska 0.7.7 because from then the libs are pic enabled. 
    (no longer use libmatroska_pic ebml_pic) 
    Patch by Diego Petteno, +additions by me.
