[vlc-devel] Extras/contrib gpg-error w32-gettext.c patch -- 3 SUBLANG errors

Same as for current gettext, libgpg-error produces errors during a make on 3
SUBLANG choices (the same ones as have gettext problems),

> Doing a clean build of extras/contrib, it downloads:
libgpg-error-1.3.tar.gz
> The file 
Libgpg-error/src/w32-gettext.c
> Generates errors on 3 sublanguage switches:
> The attached patch deletes the lines that result in errors.
> The patch was generated using
> Diff -u w32-gettext.bak.c w32-gettext.c >> w32-gettext.diff
