[vlc-devel] win32/cygwin libxml2 patch

Trying to compile libxml2-2.6.26.tar.gz under cygwin results in an error 
in xmlmodule.c because HAVE_DLOPEN is defined but RTLD_NOW is not. The 
attached patch takes care of that problem and should be added to the 
already existing patch (extras\contrib\src\Patches\xml2-win32.patch).
