[vlc-devel] [PATCH] linux screensaver when paused

I apologise if this is a duplicate, I tried to send before from a 
different address but it's been several days and not shown up on the VIA 
archives of the list.

Note I also change the check-time for poking the screensaver to 30
seconds (what was in the code comment).
