[vlc-devel] [PATCH]: BeOS building on branch, working unicode

The attached file brings back some patches to configure.ac from the trunk to
get VLC configured/built on BeOS; and fixes unicode support by defining
ASSUME_UTF8 for BeOS. This can probably be done cleaner but I don't know
what if any coding style guidlines are in place for defines...
