Subject: Problems streaming/decoding h264 after compiling

Hello,

I'm having problems streaming/playing h264 after compiling. These are
the errors I see in the messages:

ffmpeg warning: non existing PPS referenced
(h264 at 01C92160)
ffmpeg warning: decode_slice_header error
(h264 at 01C92160)
ffmpeg warning: non existing PPS referenced
(h264 at 01C92160)
ffmpeg warning: decode_slice_header error
(h264 at 01C92160)
ffmpeg warning: cannot decode one frame (17740 bytes)

I'm using Cygwin environment and compiled svn 16521 together with the
latest contrib file. I also tried compiling the latest ffmpeg SVN but
get the same result.
When opening/streaming the same file from VLC 0.8.5 it works fine,
attached is message log from both.

Any ideas why this does not work?

Cheers,
Anders

Btw; I don't know if this is the right place to ask this, if not let me know.
