The [1] link is easy to do. We just need to add 
echo "Changeset is http://trac.videolan.org/vlc/changeset/$REV" >> "$FILE"
at line 11 of ganesh:/usr/local/bin/svn_maillog.

[2] for each file would be more difficult, and useless if we have [1].

I'm in favour of adding the [1], but I'm not root at ganesh, sorry...
