[vlc-devel] Compiling VLC with ICC (Intel's compiler)

Has anybody ever compiled VLC with ICC - Intel's compiler?

I've seen a few results with Intel's compiler that can be quite nice.  
But what is the complexity of such an undertaking?

Being on an Intel Mac OS X system, I could benefit from the added  
performance.
