[vlc-devel] vlc dvb path for newcamd

Patch for use vlc with newcamd softcam, which alow you to software 
decode dvb programs. But it works only with fullfutred cards.

Patch in not programed very nice, because i am not that good in c 
programing. I just get it working and nothing else.
