Hi all, i debugged a bit the audioscrobbler plugin.

What's new:

Retry on connection error, without closing the plugin, and waiting one
minute when needed

Change some translatable strings (would you please have a quick look,
to make sure it can be frozen)

Make username/password non-advanced settings

Warn user with interaction if username is bad or not set (we just warn,
don't ask for the username)

Handshake only if there is something to submit


Also i updated the plugin to use new and promising (not yet working)
meta_engine which can fetch meta data online.

please be careful since time delay before reading meta data has been
removed, and waiting for meta_engine to parse the file is not enabled
yet (search for TODO in the source to remove if (1) )

I join the patch, have fun and carry on !
