[vlc-devel] Transcode to mp4 simple profile at level 0

Hi,

can anyone tell me if it is possible to transcode to mp4 simple 
profile at level 0 with vlc? I am trying to transcode to a format for 
mobile but many mobiles don't accept the stream generated by VLC because 
it indicates profile_level_id=3 in the created SDP file. Do I have to 
pass any ffmpeg options or is it just not possible?
