[vlc-devel] 0.8.6b-test

Hello,

Since most of backports should be done now for 0.8.6-bugfix, Vista work
being finished by Quovodis, and feepk, jpsaman said they had nothing to
add to the release, I built, with the latest contribs for win32, some
binaries for Windows.

Most of our streams have been tested against those binaries...

So if some people need/want to test, you can :D
