[vlc-devel] Pre-compiled 0412 contribs -- libdvd updates

The present libdvdnav.la and libdvdread.la need to be tweaked -- they point
towards j-b's folder :)

If you install the contribs in /usr/win32, the build errors out when in
modules/access

The attached diff files show the changes I made.
