The DVB-C version has been uploaded to
ftp://streams.videolan.org/misc/BDA-patch-build/
The .zip file is also there now. Instructions as below.
Anyone with a DVB-C or DVB-T device on Windows please test and let me
know of any problems either here or on IRC
